A beautiful, yet cloudy day in the Orem, Utah area at the Timpanogos Temple.
Family and friends all gathered around the exit doors huddling under a tree(from the off and on again rain) waiting for Shannon and Weston to make their grand exit.
They exited, and they exited with pure excitement and joy. And once they made their exit, the rain immediately stopped and we were all able to enjoy some sun and warmth.
During our bridal session, we went up a canyon to photograph, and as the session continued, it got a little colder in the mountains by the water, and Weston immediately took off his suit coat and gave it Shannon. As we walked around to different spots, he’d always guide her and help carry her dress.
During the bridal session, I realized the sweet tenderness between the two of them, and the sweet love and caring that Weston has for Shannon. But not only that, but all the continuous smiles and laughs exchanged between the two.
In those moments, I knew we would be a great team for the wedding day. All laughs and sweetness during the session.
Aren't they just adorable? Isn't Shannon just stunning?
And I am absolutely in love with the Timpanogos Temple with the mountainous views, the long, tall windows... I am not sure where to begin. I love this temple.
I love when I capture a moment when its as though I'm not even there...
And their dips, their dips were on point. Not only that, but Shannon could actually do the splits in her dress when it came to the dance floor. She rocked her dress!
Their wedding was actually held in the backyard of Shannon’s home. Which was absolutely gorgeous, they even had a Cinderella carriage.
I am almost positive that they had one of the cutest cake cuttings that I have ever witnessed. Pure happiness and joy, even while cutting a cake. Yep, they're that cute and perfect for each other.
Shannon had an elegant, vintage styled ring, with a beautiful pink rose bouquet. All to go with her timeless beauty.
Shannon also had some of the funniest bridesmaids, honestly, I couldn't help but laugh at all their silly faces.
All of Shannon's family were incredibly kind to Alex and I through the whole night. They also made sure Weston and Shannon were shining in every moment of their day.
Their night was filled with laughter and smiles, and a Michael Jackson dancer, and he was good (it made me realize that my moonwalk could use some sprucing up).
As soon as he left the dance floor, everyone was dancing out to the middle!
I just love their facial expressions on their exit, they were totally rockin' and dancin' their way out. :)
Weston and Shannon, I loved working with you two, and I loved all the laughter from our sessions.
Love sweet love.
