These two are so adventurous and fun, and are always up for anything. Oh, and extremely photogenic. (reallly, I can't even stress that enough, they're ridiculously photogenic)
They met at a volleyball game through a mutual friend when afterwards, a group of friends went to watch World War Z and Wade snuck his arm around Rachel. (psh, typical scary movie tactic right?) Ah, but really, Wade and Rachel couldn’t be any more perfect for each other with their outgoing personalities that make each other brighter and stronger than apart.
Their wedding sealing was at the Salt Lake Temple on a warm August day. A bright day might I add. But the stairs for their family photos had perfect lighting by the time they exited the temple, as I was examining the shade and the direction of the sun. Sometimes I get funny looks walking around with my hand in the air. ;)
Their groomsmen, Alex had lots of fun with them.
Their exit was grand and outgoing, just like them. And immediately, they were greeted with their dear friends in big group hugs.
While Alex had fun with the groomsmen, I got to hang out with Rachel's sisters. And they are just as sweet.
We did their bridal session prior to the wedding date, but we definitely can't go without taking some the day of, to capture that happy wedding day bliss of smiles and Mr. and Mrs.
Their day continued at Christopher’s Steakhouse and Grill in Salt Lake just nearby to the temple. Beautiful toasts were shared and funny poems alike. It was an honor for Alex and I to attend the luncheon.
Rachel and Wade had their reception at Arbor Manor Reception Center in Salt Lake as well, which has a beautiful garden area. I had photographers excitement next to the gazebo with all the pretty bulb lights.
But first, more on those super fun groomsmen right?
Okay, but really... they are the best.
And Rachel's bridesmaids, they all wore a classy look with light blue blouses and gray skirts. Oh, and as if Rachel wasn't already a powerhouse of beauty, her bridesmaids were stunning as well.
Guests arrived, laughed, and danced.
I also caught the groomsmen singing and being a little sneaky...
Their cake was lovely with white ruffles, light blue and red accents.
Oh, and when I say they danced, it really was a party!
But with all the partying around, during the first dance and daddy-daughter dance, the floor cleared and all eyes were on them.
The night ended surrounded by friends and family, sparklers, cheers, and kisses.
Wade and Rachel
Adventure is out there, and these two started theirs together.
